INTRAKAT Denies Press Clippings Allegations

Peania, August 3 2007 – Pursuant to the Hellenic Capital Market Commission letter, dated August 2, 2007 regarding press clippings, INTRAKAT notifies its shareholders that it denies any scenario which allegedly refers to INTRAKAT being a strategic investor to THEMELIODOMI S.A.

INTRAKAT in order to protect its shareholders, according to the laws and regulations of the Greek Share Capital Market and following its tactic company policy, assures that it always and with responsibility notifies investors about facts that might influence the price of its shares in the Athens Stock Exchange.
