Notification of the establishment of INTRAKAT’s Branch in Βulgaria

The Company INTRAKAT notifies, according to L. 3340/2005 and art.2 of the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that within the scope of ΙΝΤRΑΚΑΤ’s construction activities, the establishment of the company’s branch in Bulgaria is completed. The registered offices are situated in Sofia, Bulgaria.
