The Company INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS (dt INTRAKAT), pursuant to Law 3556/2007, as amended by Law 4374/2016 (Government Gazette A 50/01.04.2016) announces to the investment community that the Company’s Member – State of origin is Greece and the competent supervisory authority is the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. This announcement is made in the context of the adjustment of Greek legislation to the Directive 2013/50/EU on transparency.
