Announcement of controlled information pursuant to Law 3556/2007

INTRAKAT informs the investment community that the Financial Data and Information for the period from 01/01/2008 to 30/06/2008 will be published on Saturday August 30th, 2008 in the newspaper �ATHIMERINI� The Financial Data and Information together with the Interim Financial Reports under I.F.R.S. for the period from 01/01/2008 to 30/06/2008 will be available on Friday August 29th, 2008 following the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange, at the company’s website www.intrakat.gr , as well as at the ATHENS EXCHANGE website www.athex.gr.
