The company INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS (distinctive title INTRAKAT) announces that following the departure of Mr. George K. Koliastasis from the company’s Board of Directors, Mr. George Ar. Anninos, was elected as a new member of the B.o.D.
Consequently, the Board of Directors was re-constituted into a body as follows:
