Description: The project is part of a new complex that will be erected on a 6.902,77 m2 plot at the junction of Heraklion Avenue (right across the Perissos Urban Rail Transport Station) and Al. Papanastassiou Street, at the Building Block #445, of Municipality of Nea Ionia, of Attica Region of Greece. The project includes the construction of temporary retaining structures preventing landslide, the construction of a four-level underground parking facility and the configuration of a green area.
