Subject: INTRAKAT – Notification for the renewal of the market making agreement with MERIT SECURITIES
The company INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS SOCIETE ANONYME TECHNICAL AND STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS with d.t. INTRAKAT, informs the investment community that the BoD of the Athens Stock Exchange of 19/12/2012, approved the extension of the designation of MERIT SECURITIES, an ATHEX Member, as a market maker on the Company’s shares and appointed as starting date of the renewal the 27/12/2012. The company has already signed a market making agreement with MERIT SECURITIES on the following main terms:
- MERIT SECURITIES will transfer market making orders (simultaneous purchase and sale orders) to the Athens Exchange Trading System on own account on the Company’s shares, according to the provisions of the applicable legislation. The Company will pay fees to MERIT SECURITIES for this service.
- The market making agreement shall be effective for one (1) year.
