The Electromechanical Constructions Unit carries out several specialized processes.

Surface protection:

  • Aluminum and stainless steel passivation.
  • Aluminum chromate conversion coating.
  • Aluminum and stainless steel electroless nickel-plating.
  • Zinc phosphate plating.
  • Electrolytic zinc planting.

Paints:

  • Epoxy and polyester powder coating.
  • Wet paint.
  • Electrodeposition coating.

Special Processes:

  • Bonding.
  • Silk-screening.
