INTRAKAT's entry to the Polish market follows the group's strategic plan to expand its construction and real estate activities in untapped foreign markets.

The company has contracted for the construction of the state-of-the-art "Garden Residence" residential and commercial block in Krakow, on a 26.900 sq.m. plot owned by ALPHA KRAKOW DEVELOPMENT Sp z.o.o on which buildings and facilities of 70.323 sq.m. total surface shall be constructed.
