Manager: Sotiris KARAMAGIOLIS

Sotiris Karamagiolis is a graduate of the Economics Department of Athens University and has been the chief financial officer and the head of accounting of large companies in the manufacturing and the construction industries, listed in the ATHEX. He has gained substantial experience in fields such as the corporate financial and treasury management, Stock market and Capital Market issues and has expertise in the information technology (planning and implementation of computerized systems both in the manufacturing and the construction industries in cooperation with large software companies). He has assumed the duties of the Chief financial officer of our company as of January 2008.
