Notification of the completion of the merger of the subsidiaries

The Company INTRAKAT notifies, according to L. 3340/2005, as well as art.2 of the decision 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that by virtue of the decision 4578/21-9-2007 of the Romanian Ministry of Justice (Iflov Trade Register Office), the merger of its subsidiaries, INTRACOM CONSTRUCT S.A. & INTRAKAT ROMANIA SRL, in Romania, through absorption of the latter by the former, is completed.
