Disclosure of the incorporation of the company FRACASSO HELLAS

Pursuant to Law 3340/2005 and article 2 of decision No 3/347/12-7-2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission,INTRAKAT informs the investment community that the company together with FRACASSO S.p.A proceeded to the incorporation of the Societe Anonyme under tha name “FRACASSO HELLAS DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD SAFETY SYSTEMS SOCIETE ANONYME” and distinctive title “FRACASSO HELLAS”. The newly established company’s business headquarters are located in the municipality of Giannouli, Larissa, Greece, its duration amounts to ninety years while its scope of business includes the design, development, construction and installation of Road Safety Barriers as well as other products related to roads, highways, national highways, and any other form of road network in Greece and abroad.

FRACASSO HELLAS share capital amounts to euro sixty thousands (60,000) divided into six thousand (6,000) common registered and blocked shares of par value euro ten (10) each. INTRAKT owns 3,300 shares in the new company or 55% and “FRACASSO S.p.A” the remaining 2,700 shares or 45%.

The incorporation of “FRACASSO HELLAS” was approved by Decision No 5050/15-10-2009 of the Larissa Prefecture Local Administration.
