Sokrates KOKKALIS
Mr. Kokkalis is the founder of the company and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Natural Sciences and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM Group of Companies.

Dimitrios KLONIS
Mr. D. Klonis holds an M.Sc & Ph. D. degree in Economics from the University of London. He has been awarded with education awards and scholarships by the Greek Government, Bank of Greece, and "Alexander S. Onassis" Foundation. He has served as a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the Bank of Greece until March 1994 and as a Professor at the Financial Department of Deree College (1987-1997). He has served as Member of the Council of Economic Advisors to the Mayor of Athens (1990-1992). He joined INTRACOM in April 1994 as a Deputy General Manager (Corporate Finance and Administration) and is the Group Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM since October 1995. From March 2004 he also serves as Vice Chairman of the Company. He is Chairman of the BoD of the listed in the Athens Stock Exchange companies UNIBRAIN S.A. and KEKROPS S.A., and Member of the BoD of INTRACOM's subsidiaries as well as INTRALOT and OMEGA BANK S.A. Since June 2001, he serves as member on INTRAKAT's BoD.

Petros SOURETIS
Mr. Souretis was born in 1969. He holds a civil engineer degree from Aristotelio University of Thessaloniki, an MSc in “Structures of Hazards” from CITY University of London and an International MBA degree from the University of Economics of Athens. From 1997 until the end of 2003 he held executive positions in Elliniki Technodomiki Group - ΤΕΒ. In December 2003 he joins the INTRACOM HOLDINGS Group of companies and since then he holds the position of Managing Director of INTRAKAT. In January 2005 he was appointed as Managing Director of INTRAMET and held the position until the merger with absorption of INTRAMET by INTRAKAT in December 2005.
Furthermore, Mr Souretis holds the following executive positions in subsidiary companies of INTRAKAT: President of the BoD & Managing Director of IN MAINT, Vice-President of the BoD & Managing Director of KEPA ATTIKIS, President of the BoD of EUROKAT & INTRACOM CONSTRUCT S.A., Managing Director of INTRADEVELOPMENT.
Until 2006, Mr Souretis served as member of the BoD of INTRACOM BULGARIA AD, Member of the Supervisory Board of INTRALBAN ShA and President of the BoD & Managing Director of AITHERAS ENERGY.

Dr. Νikolaos Socrates LABROUKOS
Dr. Nikolaos - Socrates Labroukos holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He also holds an MBA degree from Manchester Business School and a PhD from London Business School. He has been Research Fellow at London Business School and Visiting Assistant Professor at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has series of publications in refereed management journals.
He is an Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM Holdings Group of Companies and the dep. Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of INTRACOM IT Services Group of Companies.
Dr. Labroukos is the Chairman of the following companies: Attica Telecommunications, INTRACOM IT Services Denmark, INTRACOM Jordan.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: INTRACOM Telecom, Hellas on Line, Intrakat, DB-Databank, IntraDevelopment, Moreas S.A., Fornax, etc.

Charalabos KΑLLIS
Mr. Kallis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc degree in Mechanical Design and Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.). General Manager of INTRAMET ( 2005-2006),  Tender Manager in the ATHOC “Athens 2004” ( 2001-2004) , Manager of Contracts and Technical Procurement of the Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (1999-2001), Technical Manager of  Petroleum Terminals of TEXACO S.A. (1993-1999) General Manager of INTRAKAT since January 2006 and  Executive Member of INTRAKAT’s B.O.D  since June 2008.

Dimitris PAPPAS
Mr. Pappas is a graduate Civil Engineer from the AUTH, holds an MSc in Construction Management from the Heriot-Watt University and an MBA from the AUEB. Since February 2008 he assumed his duties as General Manager of Constructions and Infrastructure Projects and as of February 2009 he was elected as an Executive Member of the BoD.  He joined the Intrakat Group in 2004, having served as Deputy Technical Director / International Activities Director. Up to 2004 he worked for the Elliniki Technodomiki Group of companies.

Sokrates KOKKALIS
Mr Kokkalis was born in Milan in 1984. He is an Athens College graduate (2001). He holds a degree (B.A.) in International Relations from the Boston University (2005). He served in the Commercial Division of INTRALOT (2007) and since December 2008 he serves in the Commercial Department of PAE OLYMPIACOS. In February 2009 he was elected as Non Executive Member of the BoD of INTRAKAT.

Ioannis CHRYSIKOPOULOS
Ioannis Chrysikopoulos was born on January 6, 1951 in Corfu. He studied Political Engineering at the University of Bologna, Italy. He is General Manager of Olympiacos CFP (since May 2005), Managing Director of “G. Karaiskakis” stadium S.A. and since November 2006 he serves as a member of INTRAKAT’s BoD.
In 1993-1994, he held the position of Secretary General of Special Works at the Hellenic Ministry for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works. He was also Secretary General of Public Works for nine years (1994-2002), President and Managing Director of Attiko Metro (2002-2004) and President of AMEL (2003-2004).
Mr. Chrysikopoulos is married and father of three.

Alexandros MYLONAKIS
Mr. Mylonakis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Technische Universitδt BRAUNSCHWEIG Germany). He has worked as a Lecturer in the Thermal Turbo-machines Chair of T.U. BRAUNSCHWEIG, as well as an associate in D.FL (North Germany professors' group for the study of Interplanetary voyage problems) and a member of the Study and Evaluation Steam Turbine team of BROWN, BOVERI today ABB (in BADEN - Switzerland). Mr Mylonakis has substantial experience in the Public Sector since he held Executive positions in the Public Power Corporation (D.E.H.) over a long period of time and from 1986 to 1989 he served as General Manager of Production and transfer of Electric Power. Furthermore, since 1995 he was a Consultant in INTRACOM specialized in energy issues and a member of INTRAMET's BoD. Since February 2005, he serves as member of INTRAKAT's BoD.

Ilias ILIOPOULOS
Mr. Iliopoulos has been appointed Honorary General Director of Taxation of the Ministry of Finance and holds a practising certificate of the economics profession. He is a tax advisor of VODAFONE since 1995, of the Public Gas Corporation (DEPA) since 1993 and member of the Financial Chamber of Greece. He has series of publications on tax and financial issues in «AGORA» journal, in financial newspapers such as «NAFTEMPORIKI» and «EXPRESS» as well as in the financial encyclopaedia «PAMISOS». Since June 2009, he serves as member of INTRAKAT's BoD .

Anastasios TSOUFIS
Mr. Tsoufis studied Law at the University of Athens. He is lawyer at the Supreme Court and member of the Athens Bar Association. Since December 2003 he is a member on INTRAKAT's BoD.
